Unity Property Investments, LLC seeks:
- Multifamily (B+ to C) residential apartments
- Located in C- to A areas.
- The property returns should be >= 9% Cash on Cash.
- A minimum Debt Service Coverage Ratio of 1.4%.
- And a Cap Rate of > = 6%.
We target properties with value-add opportunities, built in 1975 or newer, in emerging markets where the rent is 30% less than median income.
