Unity Property Investments uses the syndication model. We target properties in the Southeastern area of the United States.
Unity Property Investments seeks multifamily B+ to C residential apartments located in C- to A areas. The property must have returns with 9% or greater Cash on Cash and minimum Debt Service Coverage Ratio of 1.4%. We target properties with value-add opportunities, built in 1975 or newer, in emerging markets where the rent is 30% less than median income.
